- THE SPONSOR MUST PROVE TO BE ABLE TO OFFER FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE FAMILY MEMBER(S);
- THE SPONSOR MUST GIVE CONSENT TO OFFER FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE FAMILY MEMBER FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE THEY GET CANADA PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
